MOQ for efrigeration unit is one unit.

2. How is product quality ensured?

We have our own Purchasing Management Systems that supervise the purchasing, production, and delivery procedures comprehensively and scientifically. Besides,we provide 12 months warranty period for transport refrigeration units, and 7*24h on line services.

3. How can I select the right products?
Please tell us the refrigerated truck box size and temperature demands for the cooling units(Or what goods to delivery), and contact with us we will give professional recommendations for you in the first time.

4. How can I ask for compensation if there is a failure of the units?
Please take photos and video of the failure parts and send to us in the first time; we will send you free spare parts after confirmation if goods are within warranty period. If not in warranty period,technical support is available for the product life time.

5. Do your company install units after selling?
we won't provide installation service, but operation and install manual is available if there is a demand.
